Tami Eagle Bio
Tami serves as the Director of Career Training Services (The Camp Program) at CILO. She has more than 25 years of administrative expertise and is passionate about helping youth and young adults with disabilities build the career, independent living, and life skills they need to achieve greater independence.
Tami joined CILO in December 2020 in what was intended to be a short-term Administrative Support position. However, that changed quickly as she became instrumental in operating The Camp Program while also taking on many agency-wide administrative functions. Through her organizational skills, leadership, and dedication, Tami helped quadruple camp attendance, earning her the role of Director of Career Training Services in 2023. She continues to lead The Camp Program and is proud of the positive impact it has had on the youth and families it serves. Tami remains hopeful about the program's future and the opportunities ahead.
When she's not color-coding spreadsheets or developing new program ideas, Tami is a volunteer chauffeur for her daughter, who keeps busy with multiple extracurricular activities. Tami also enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and pets, writing creatively, traveling with her husband, fishing, and exploring the beauty of nature, where she finds the peace and perspective that keep her grounded.
