BENEFITS

Assistance and legal representation in Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims, filing request for reconsideration applications, and attending hearings all the way up to district court. Guidance is also provided for minor transitioning to adult benefits and disabled adult child (DAC) benefits.  CILO also provides assistance and guidance on consumers that receive notices for overpayment.
