Steve proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965 to 1969 during the Vietnam War, stationed in Ubon, Thailand. After his service, he earned a BBA in Management from Adelphi University in New York through the GI Bill.

His career included roles as VP of Finance and Credit Manager at Kennedy Electrical Supply, followed by owning a comic book and sports card store in upstate New York. After relocating to Florida in 2001, Steve worked at H&R Block and later at MetLife Insurance Company until his retirement in 2014.

Steve was introduced to CILO through MetLife and our VETS program for Disabled Veterans. He remains committed to supporting veterans and the disability community.
