Stephanie Paniagua
Stephanie began her journey at CILO as an intern while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University, graduating in 2020. She officially joined the team as our COVID Navigator, where she played a vital role in connecting consumers with essential COVID-19 resources—including vaccines, boosters, and public health information—and helping them access financial assistance through available pandemic-related funding.
Following the end of the pandemic, Stephanie transitioned into CILO’s LEAP program, where she now works closely with youth to support IEP and 504 planning, provide transition services, and facilitate social groups. She takes great pride in applying her social work training to empower young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.
In addition to her work with LEAP, Stephanie serves as CILO’s point of contact for the Youth Leadership Forum (YLF), continuing her commitment to advocacy and youth development.
