Richard Gonzalez has spent most of his life in South Florida and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. A graduate of Florida State University, he is a proud veteran, husband, and father. With extensive experience in fixed-route, paratransit, and micro-transit services, Richard is a seasoned transit professional dedicated to improving mobility and access for his community.

After recently returning to Palm Beach County, he is eager to make a meaningful impact in what he calls “The Best of Everything.” He currently works in West Palm Beach for a national transit company and continually seeks opportunities to give back. His involvement with CILO is one of the many ways he contributes to the well-being of his community while balancing the demands of work, family, and service.
