Melissa Spinazze

Melissa Spinazze serves as an Independent Living Specialist in CILO’s SAIL program, where she empowers consumers by supporting their development of essential life skills. Her work includes helping individuals apply for benefits, educating them on a range of independent living topics, assisting with personal goal achievement, and providing advocacy to promote autonomy and self-sufficiency.

Melissa holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from Brenau University and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She brings a strong background in medical and mental health case management to her role, along with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Melissa is committed to guiding her clients toward greater independence and a higher quality of life.
