Lucrecia Aguirre began her career over two decades ago as a social worker serving individuals with disabilities in Florida. After earning her master’s degree in management, she transitioned into the healthcare industry, where she worked as a Provider Relations Director—ensuring vendors upheld contracts and delivered essential services to seniors, children, and adults with disabilities.

Today, Lucrecia’s most important role is being a mom. She is also a licensed loan originator, a career that offers the flexibility to prioritize time with her daughter. Her lifelong passion remains rooted in advocacy—championing accessibility and equitable services for people with disabilities.
