Libby serves as the Senior Crime Victim Advocate for both the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach Crime Victim Services Unit. She is known for her compassionate and skilled support of children and adults with intellectual disabilities who have experienced sexual assault, and is often called upon by law enforcement to assist with forensic interviews—particularly involving children with autism.

Fluent in Spanish, Libby is deeply engaged with the Hispanic community and successfully organized a Hispanic Resource Fair in Indian River County that drew over 2,000 attendees. Her dedication to advocacy and outreach continues to make a meaningful impact across the region.
