Julia has spent the past three years digitizing documentation for CILO, streamlining access to important resources. She also distributes flyers to consumers to promote services such as Lunch and Learns and Hurricane Preparedness workshops. In addition, she conducts satisfaction surveys to help improve service delivery. Julia graduated from high school with high honors, earned her associate degree, and is currently completing her bachelor's degree in human services. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in being a “helping hand” at CILO.
