Jared brings valuable experience working with foster care children and young adults to his role at CILO. As Director of the SAIL program, he supports the Deputy Program Director in ensuring efficient grant management while also maintaining a substantial caseload. His work includes assisting consumers with life skills, benefit applications, and advocating for systemic change.

He also leads CILO’s Disaster Preparedness efforts, keeping staff and consumers informed about relevant and emerging threats to the community. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and certifications in behavior management. In his free time, he enjoys reading and continuing to expand his knowledge.
