Cristobal Perez Bio

Cristobal Perez is an Educational Psychologist with degrees from Denver, Colorado, and Santiago, Chile. With over 18 years of experience, he has led teams in nonprofit settings and trained professionals across health care, social services, law enforcement, and community organizations. As Deputy Director of Data and Programs at the Coalition for Independent Living Options (CILO), Cristobal champions independence for people with disabilities. His consulting work centers on vulnerable populations, including individuals with disabilities, unaccompanied refugee minors, and survivors of sex and labor trafficking. He plays a key role in national and statewide anti-trafficking coalitions, co-chairs Florida’s Statewide Coalition Combatting Labor Trafficking, and contributes data analysis to inform policy. A published author and guest lecturer, Cristobal has earned recognition for his leadership in the fight against human trafficking.
