Caitlin Fehrs Bio

Caitlin Fehrs is a neurodivergent Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern and Clinical Crime Victim Advocate at CILO in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County. She earned her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2019, having completed her foundation year internship at CILO in 2017–2018. She returned as a full-time advocate in March 2021 and has since been dedicated to supporting crime victims with disabilities.

Before joining CILO, Caitlin worked as a therapist in a high-security, DJJ-contracted residential facility, providing care to adjudicated adolescent boys. Her experience and passion continue to drive her advocacy for vulnerable populations.
