Referrals Are Required!
Find a Counselor
If your student does not already have a VR Counselor assigned to them, please contact your local VR Office. Office numbers for each county can be found at the bottom of this page.
Request a Referral
Contact your counselor and request a referral for EACH camp you would like your student to attend.
Specify
Be sure to specify which camp(s) and dates your student will be attending, whether they will be attending in-person and don't forget to tell them our name: Coalition for Independent Living Options.
Registration
Once a referral is received by our staff, we will send a link to your email to complete a registration packet and intake.
