Our Keynote Speaker is Amber Ahern, MS, LMHC, Ph.D.


Dr. Amber Ahern is the Founder and Executive Director of the South Florida Link Coalition; an organization created to help human and animal victims of family violence. She hold a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctoral degree in Criminal Justice Behavioral Sciences. She has advanced certificates in anthrozoology and animal-human health. Amber is is licensed psychotherapist in private practice in Palm Beach County.

Menu Selection: When registering, indicate Menu Selection (Number and/or Food Choice) in Comment Section. See menu items below.

Paying By Check: Make checks payable to CILO and write VRC Luncheon in the memo portion. Mail reservation form and checks to Brandy Macaluso, c/o CILO,2751 S. Dixie Hwy West Palm Beach, FL 33405.

(1) Oven-Roasted Breast of Chicken - Accompanied with chef’s choice vegetables and a starch.


(2) Seared Mahi– With fresh-prepared vegetables and a starch.


(3) Pasta Primavera (Vegetarian) – Chef’s Choice


Caesar Salad w/ Focaccioa Croutons, Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Traditional Caesar Dressing. Warm Rolls and Butter. Iced Tea and Water

Pound Cake w/ Fresh Berries and Cream Coffee and Deccaffeinated Cofee
